 | Computer Systems Troubleshooting (Levels 2 and 4) |
Although National TSA did not include Computer Systems Troubleshooting in the current Technology Activities Book, the Florida TSA Board of Directors has decided to continue this event. We will conduct this event using the same guidelines as the 2003-2004 Activity Guide. The exam will be limited to fifty (50) questions based on Comp TIA’s A+ certification. The hands-on component may include, but is not limited to, PC system assembly, hardware and software fault isolation, and deal with customer service issues.
